My qualifications are second to none having been in construction for over 30 years. I was a Union carpenter for over 13 years in the states of Michigan and Florida. I have built over 275 homes in Hernando, Pasco, Citrus, and Bay counties.

My expertise in the construction field has been recognized and acknowledged by the Hernando County Court System, as I have been called to testify as an expert witness in conflicts pertaining to technical construction questions. The United States Government has recognized my design and technical abilities. I have been granted over 30 copyright licenses in the construction industry – on record at the Library of Congress in Washington DC. I have written and published a technical journal on how to do a home inspection and what to look for. In about a year it had sold over 100 copies to fellow Builders as far away as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
